Oral medicine and surgery involves the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases in the oral cavity.

This speciality includes: tooth extraction, either normally or surgically for impacted teeth, extraction of cysts and tumours, bone remodelling prior to a prosthesis treatment, exposure of impacted teeth for repositioning with orthodontic treatment, frenulum treatment, biopsies, etc.

These treatments are normally performed under local anaesthesia, but can be done under sedation thanks to the team of anaesthetists that works with us, if requested by the patient.
